Our thoughts and support are with the people and communities affected by the devastating flooding in British Columbia and Vancouver Island. Thousands of people remain out of their homes, and cleanup from the flood is underway with a focus and need to clear, repair and reopen roads for residents and to get supply chains moving to deliver essentials to these communities.
Guided by our purpose, Transforming Communities for a Vibrant Tomorrow, and as a show of support to help residents with flood cleanup and the rebuilding of their communities, CF has donated to the Red Cross support British Columbia Floods and Extreme Weather Appeal.
CF also made donations directly to three verified local fundraising efforts to help residents in the towns affected:
Abbotsford Cardinals Baseball Facility
At CF, we act on our values and lead with empathy to support those most in need for a brighter tomorrow. If you would like to help support the residents of B.C., please consider donating to the Red Cross or to a verified relief effort on GoFundMe directly supporting the needs of cities, community hubs and individual families.
