Episode 1: Freeway? No Way

In the first episode of CF City Views, we discuss the first iconic era of Vancouver city-making: the famous refusal to let freeways penetrate the downtown in the early 70’s, and how that decision changed everything for the city and paved the way for the plan, design and construction of CF Pacific Centre.
