Transforming Communities the Responsible Way
At CF our core business is designing, building and operating premium commercial properties; our heritage is one of seeing growth and opportunity.
We are proud of the following achievements in 2020:
Greenhouse gas reduction is a challenge to every organization in the world, and it is a challenge that CF is committed to meeting.

Home of Team Canada
In 2017, Cadillac Fairview and the Canadian Olympic Committee (COC) formed an 11-year partnership aimed at growing and supporting the Olympic Movement in Canada.
Through the partnership, CF is proud to be the official “Home of Team Canada,” reinforcing CF’s ongoing commitment to building and owning vibrant, landmark destinations that deliver unique, elevated experiences.
As part of the agreement, the COC is headquartered at CF’s 250 Yonge St. tower, part of CF Toronto Eaton Centre’s office portfolio.
We recognize the importance of contributing to our community through direct participation in social events and charitable work, and we encourage employees to actively engage in volunteer opportunities that matter most to them.
We call this initiative “Building Communities,” and our overall goal is to help our employees make a meaningful donation to a charity of their choice. To assist employees with this goal, we offer an annual one day paid absence for volunteering, and we donate $3,000 (for an individual) and $5,000 (for a team) to the charity that our employees chose to volunteer for.
CF Golf Classic
We are proud to pledge $1.5 million over the next five years to support Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, Covenant House Toronto and Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital in their mandate to improve the lives of young Canadians through immersive programs focused on homelessness, recovery health therapies, and mental health and addiction services.
In 2021, we made the difficult decision to cancel the CF Golf Classic due to the global pandemic. In lieu of the 2021 event, CF made a significant donation to each of our charity partners to honour our five-year commitment.
