Windsor Station
Considered one of Canada’s oldest and most striking examples of Romanesque Revival architecture, Gare Windsor was built between 1888 and 1924 for Canadian Pacific Railway.
Today, it no longer hosts trains, but welcomes visitors, tourists, and of course, Cadillac Fairview clients, and features some of the most unique office and event space in Montréal — and the country. Located near Place du Canada, adjacent to the Centre Bell in the heart of the Quartier de l’innovation, Gare Windsor continues to be one of the most iconic office buildings in downtown Montréal and is surrounded by a dynamic, rapidly evolving downtown neighbourhood.

Salle des pas perdus
Inaugurated in 1889, this iconic Montréal building has retained its beauty over the years. Light pours in from the stunning glass skylight, framing a one-of-a-kind view of the surrounding cityscape. Classic, sophisticated and timeless, the Salle des pas perdus offers a superb backdrop for your next event!
The Salle des pas perdus impresses from the very first glance. Immense, spacious and bright, it enchants with its historic architectural features, including stately arches that recall the hall of Gare Windsor. Once a busy hall where, over the years, millions of people set off on trips or waited for loved ones, the Salle des pas perdus has been beautifully maintained.
With more than 25,000 square feet of open sky-lit interior and adjacent courtyard and terrace space outdoors, it is one of Montréal’s few reception venues that can accommodate over 2,500 guests.
