Toronto's downtown core just got a major taste of Italy! Eataly officially opened its newest, two-level marketplace at the CF Toronto Eaton Centre on Tuesday, November 25, 2025.

This is the brand's fourth permanent location in Toronto, cementing the city's status as a major hub for high-quality Italian food and culture since Eataly first arrived in 2019. Eataly Eaton Centre is Cadillac Fairview’s third Eataly location in the CF portfolio. 

• Size and Scope: The new space spans 25,000 square feet across two floors.

• The Vibe: The street-level entrance on Yonge Street is designed for quick-service counters—perfect for shoppers and commuters needing a fast bite or takeaway. The second floor offers the full Eataly experience, including a market, grocery selection, and restaurants.

• Featured Eateries: The location boasts two restaurants, including the signature, 190-seat La Pizza & La Pasta, dedicated to Neapolitan pizza and artisanal pasta.

• Location: The new Eataly is situated in the second most productive shopping centre in Canada, reinforcing its presence in one of Canada's most highly-trafficked areas.

To celebrate the launch, Eataly is hosting ten days of complimentary tastings, demonstrations, and community programming starting Wednesday, November 26.
