With a focus on bringing people together, CF’s holiday program invites guests to enjoy one-of-a-kind experiences as they shop for the perfect gifts. The goal is to help make the holidays better together at CF.

Holiday Experiences Across All CF Shopping Centres

Santa Visits (Beginning November 14)

The magic returns as Santa arrives at select CF shopping centres from November 14 to December 23. Families can pre-book their visit online, with a $15 package that includes quality time with Santa and three digital photos with the man in red, delivered instantly by email or SMS. Children visiting Santa will also receive yummy treats courtesy of Purdys Chocolatier, this will open in a new tab and a LEGO, this will open in a new tab surprise at select properties.

In partnership with the Autism Alliance of Canada, this will open in a new tab, CF is also proud to offer Sensitive Santa sessions at select locations, providing a quieter and more inclusive experience for children with sensory needs.

Live Holiday Music (Beginning November 13)

From November 13th through December, guests can enjoy live performances by local musicians, creating a festive soundtrack for those shopping, relaxing and making holiday memories.

Indoor Tree Lighting & Snow Snows at CF Toronto Eaton Centre (Beginning November 14)

North America’s tallest indoor Christmas tree — standing at a breathtaking 114 feet tall — returns to CF Toronto Eaton Centre starting November 14 with incredible experiences including:

• Hourly Tree Lighting Experience & Snow Shows, Presented by PayPal Pay in 4, this will open in a new tab: Featuring an exciting light and snow show experience, complete with festive music. There are four uniquely inspiring light shows rotating throughout the day, played every hour on the hour starting at 1:00 pm daily, until December 31. Come see them all. Cadillac Fairview is proud to partner with PayPal to usher in the holiday season. This marks the first time CF has welcomed a presenting sponsor of the CF Toronto Eaton Centre Tree Lighting spectacle.

• CF Holiday Tree Portraits, Presented by Simons, this will open in a new tab: Secure the perfect holiday moment with CF Holiday Tree Portraits. A professional photographer captures the perfect shot from a unique, often elusive, vantage point with the iconic 114 foot holiday tree as the backdrop. Get your special keepsake for $10 where guests receive two digital photos and have the option to add a 4x6 print for $8.

Meet and Greet with Mrs. Claus (Beginning November 15)

From November 15 to December 21, Mrs. Claus is spreading joy at select CF properties with surprise visits, candy canes, giveaways, and chances to win CF SHOP! cards. Mrs. Claus’ little helpers will help capture photos of family moments and lots of smiles. Mrs. Claus will appear at:

• CF Carrefour Laval (QC)

• CF Fairview Pointe Claire (QC)

• CF Market Mall (AB)

• CF Masonville Place (ON)

• CF Sherway Gardens (ON)

At CF Sherway Gardens, this special experience will also feature a captivating storytelling moment with Mrs. Claus in partnership with Indigo, this will open in a new tab, where she will share enchanting tales of the North Pole. This storytime is an hour-long, RSVP-only event running from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm on the following dates:

• Saturday, November 15 and Sunday, November 16

• Saturday, November 22 and Sunday, November 23

• Saturday, December 6 and Sunday, December 7

• Saturday, December 13 and Sunday, December 14

Tree Lighting at CF Richmond Centre (Beginning November 21)

Beginning November 21, CF Richmond Centre will host a spectacular lighting celebration in the outdoor plaza: the event will feature daily music and light shows, presented by PayPal Pay in 4, this will open in a new tab, displayed on its brand-new, 78-foot holiday tree. This magnificent centerpiece promises a must-see experience that will dazzle families and create unforgettable holiday moments in the Lower Mainland.

Winter Warm-Up at CF Market Mall (Beginning November 20)

Calgary’s CF Market Mall is excited to bring all the magic of the season with its Winter Warm-Up, running November 20 to December 21. Guests can enjoy interactive décor, photo moments, indoor curling and even a thrilling Sunshine Village Snow Show, this will open in a new tab.

The Sunshine Village Snow Show will feature professional skiers and snowboarders riding on a specially built terrain park in a one-of-a-kind ski stunt performance from December 5 to 7. This event will be located outside in the East Parking Lot along Shaganappi Trail. Guests will also have the chance to Meet the Athletes on select days.

Throughout the centre, guests can enjoy Winter sports theme photo ops including a real bobsled from Winsport! Guests can also try their hand at curling at a winter-themed indoor playground, presented in partnership with Curling Alberta, this will open in a new tab.

Ontario Science Centre Brings Wonder and Whimsy to CF Sherway Gardens (Beginning November 15)

This holiday season, the Ontario Science Centre Experiences come to life at CF Sherway Gardens. Don't miss the beloved Dream Machines, this will open in a new tab—Rowland Emett's extraordinary kinetic sculptures made from everyday objects that capture the imagination and wonder of the season. Inspiring inventors can also enjoy a whimsical scavenger hunt and interactive fun.

Set off on an adventure at Survival: The Exhibition and Earth Matters, get creative at Imagination Playground, Rigamajig and more—offering countless ways to spark curiosity and discovery. Plus, meet Canadian astronaut and author Dr. Dave Williams on December 7 for stories from space and insights on the Artemis mission, and his book Space on Earth: How Thinking Like an Astronaut Can Help Save the Planet.
