The following stores opened at CF Fairview Mall from April through June 2025.

Melanie Lyne, a brand owned and operated by Laura, launched its new CF Fairview Mall store in April. The location is just a few doors away from their previous one.  This Canada-exclusive brand, headquartered in Quebec, counts five of its fourteen stores within Cadillac Fairview properties, including this latest addition at Fairview.

 In June, CF Fairview Mall celebrated the grand reopening of Zara's significantly expanded store. Featuring a striking, newly unveiled design concept across two levels, this renovated space marks another milestone in Cadillac Fairview's strong collaboration with Zara, who maintains a presence in twelve of our properties.

This May, Kiokii expanded their presence at CF Fairview Mall, launching their 15th store and ninth within Cadillac Fairview. The new location introduces Kiokii’s inaugural makeup booth, a unique feature. Adorned with their distinctive vibrant pink aesthetic, the store presents a diverse array of K beauty products. Notably, over half of Kiokii's stores are now situated in CF centres.
