The following stores opened their doors at CF Pacific Centre from April through June 2025.

Paragon Tea Room debuted a six-month pop-up location at CF Pacific Centre in downtown Vancouver on April 3rd. This temporary installation highlights their unique stone-milled tea powders, bubble waffles, and other specialties. Marking their first appearance within a CF mall, they have chosen this location as their current base of operations.

Kiokii and … expanded its presence at CF Pacific Centre in early April, launching its thirteenth store overall. This new Vancouver store is Kiokii's second in the city and seventh within Cadillac Fairview properties, with CF malls hosting over half of Kiokii's total locations. Cadillac Fairview is pleased to support Kiokii's nationwide growth. Vancouver's beauty enthusiasts can now explore Kiokii's extensive K-beauty offerings in a stylish, contemporary retail space.
